SUMMER TIMETABLE AND CLASS PACKAGE OPTIONS:
"If you don't use it, you lose it" so the saying goes but I did not realise how insidious that process is as the years pass.  The flier for the pilates classes had been lying on the kitchen worktop for quite a few months. Then the Specialist said to me - you need to do pilates to strengthen your muscles or you will struggle in old age. Since my very first 15 minute 1:1 session with Stacey I have been astonished at how great her pilates classes have been for me. I never thought I would be able to do it but taking it slowly, under her expert guidance, and almost without me noticing, Stacey has developed my skills, muscle strength, flexibility and confidence. I went from that first 15 minutes (and the next day collapsed on the sofa) to an hour long class in 6 weeks. I have lost inches, gained a whole new body shape and have more energy than I did 20 years ago. Muscles I had forgotten about have woken up and what with the movement and breathing improving the circulation, I actually feel healthier all the time, not just after class. And with Stacey I feel completely safe. Classes are small so she can watch everyone and avert potential injury. She adjusts the moves to suit the capability, but always pushing for a tiny bit extra when she feels you can achieve it - and that is normally before you realise you can. 18 months later, I am now on 2 classes a week and looking for a gap in my schedule to do a third" Rita

When buying a block of classes they must be used with the allocated timeframe of 10 weeks for a block or 4 weeks for a monthly pass
 If you are unable to make a class you will lose your credit.
