Which class is for you? Here are some class descriptions:
Intermediate / Advanced Matwork - This class is for you if you have experience of Mat Pilates and no injuries.
Beginners' Pilates - This class is perfect for you if you are at the beginning of your Pilates journey, returning to exercise after an injury or pregnancy or just want to brush up on the Foundations.
Studio class - This class uses all of the original Pilates equipment during the one session, including The Reformer, The Wunda Chair, The Cadillac, The Barrels and some Matwork - Max 3 clients
The Reformer - This class is for you if you are looking to strengthen and tone the body, or if you are new to Pilates. Reformer is certainly not the easy option but it does help in preparing you for the mat by offering more support and resistance for the body.
